We recognise that no two people are alike, everyone is unique in their strengths, weaknesses, lifestyle and goals, therefore we design an individual training plan, one that will set you up for success.
Whether your goal is to get fit, do your first triathlon, attempt a challenging Ironman endurance event or set a new personal best; WhittleFit are here to help you achieve your goals. With over twenty years of training, racing and coaching experience, we have learned there are many different approaches to achieving success. We will find the right approach for you!

Training Plans
Arrive fully prepared for your ‘A’ race of the season with our stand alone Training Peaks plans and supplemental training plans.
1-2-1 Coaching
Face-to-face triathlon coaching in all of the triathlon disciplines, also including bike fit, Wattbike training and strength & conditioning training.
Endless Pool Coaching
Our Endless Pool coached swim sessions predominantly cover swim technique, but we can also include individual topics such as pace control.
