- Ultra12 - pairs winners (Wright-Warner) - running 95 miles in 12 hours
- 2 Ironman finishes: Challenge Henley and Vitoria (Northern Spain)
- Tiree Ultramarathon - 3rd (2016) - running the stunning coastline of the Hebridean Island
Bucket list event: The Welsh 3000s - tackling the 15 Welsh peaks over 3000ft - as quickly as possible (but slowly enough to enjoy the views).
Favourite Athlete: Chrissie Wellington - friendly in conversation, fierce in competition - a genuine triathlon legend and parkrun ambassador.
Favourite Food: Dark chocolate.
On a day off I like to: Get away from the gym and the laptop - anything that involves fresh air and a view (and food).
One thing you couldn’t live without: Wattbike (love/hate relationship).
Dislikes: Chlorine and head-winds.
