1-2-1 Running Coaching
We offer 1-2-1 running coaching sessions in Cardiff and the surrounding area. These sessions predominantly cover running technique but we can also include individual topics such as pace control, race tactics, breathing, hill running, training methodologies and correct warm up and cool down protocols.
The 1-2-1 running coaching session teaches the runner an efficient and effective run technique. This technique allows you to run more economically, with fewer injuries and best of all, faster!
