Whether your sport is triathlon, cycling or running, our flexible coaching is structured to include and integrate all the stresses and commitments of our hectic daily lives including family, work and social life, with the goal of achieving a balance that leads to consistency in training, which in turn leads to significant improvements in performance.
After an initial consultation, your WhittleFit coach writes a fortnightly plan that is totally bespoke to the individual. There is nothing copied and pasted from the internet, it is totally individual to that person, their goals, fitness level, work, family and social life. Our view is that simply piling on loads of training sessions on top of our hectic daily lives simply does not work. The training schedule has to be integrated into our life – this is the key to our highly successful training plans.
