Online Running Coaching

Are you training for a 10K, half marathon, marathon or ultra marathon? If so, our online running coaching service might be of you! Our online running coaching plan is structured to include and integrate all the stresses and commitments of our hectic daily lives including family, work and social life, with the goal of achieving a balance that leads to consistency in training, which in turn leads to significant improvements in performance.

After an initial consultation, your coach writes a fortnightly plan that is totally bespoke to the individual. There is nothing copied and pasted from the internet, it is totally individual to that person, their goals, fitness level, work, family and social life. Our view is that simply piling on loads of training sessions on top of our hectic daily lives simply does not work. The training schedule has to be integrated into our life – this is the key to our highly successful training plans.

The service includes an initial consultation, goal setting and season planning, an individual training plan structured to fit around your life, adjustments and updates to the training plan and email and text contact and advice.
